Is the following sentence grammatically correct? If not, please word properly:
Neither purchase acquisition for the Blue nor for the Red Elevation Deck was executed by the parties.

It is just fine. The basic sentence is: "Neither acquisition was executed." The prepositional phrases were used correctly.
