I think you're trying too hard to write in a formal, business-like style which is becoming less common.

I don't understand what you want to say, and neither will the recipient.

Perhaps you could try writing it in simple English- like this:

'Peter said that you need a report for the customs.' (I'm not sure that's what you mean, though).
