I'd Like to say that I did that test, and It was incredible, because I got to do everything that I had thought. Although I've been nervous in the beginning, the class had a good flow.

Now, about my question...

What do you think about the idea that We, teachers, should teach English speaking all the time in the same Language, less speak in the Native Language of our students?

If you have a monolingual class, L1 can be a useful tool; I have never really understood the idea of a blanket ban on using it, though it's important to keep it as a tool and not as a substitute for using English.
