18634.69 US $ ?
How to write down "18634.69 US $" ? Is it "eighteen thousand six hundred thirty four US dollars and sixty nine cents" ?

Re: 18634.69 US $ ?
Yes, except we don't ever say "US Dollars", just "Dollars" since we know we are referencing US Dollars.
I would probably say "eighteen thousand six hundred thirty four dollars and sixty nine cents US" if I was speaking to a person outside of the USA.

Don't forget the hyphens. And capitalise the first letter.

Re: 18634.69 US $ ?
Let's just clarify 'How do we write down. . .' and 'How do we say. . .'
We write 'USD18,634.69(note the comma)' if we need to stipulate that we are referring especially to US dollars rather than Australian, Canadian or any of the many other dollar currencies; otherwise use $ before the amount.
We say 'Eighteen thousand, six hundred and thirty-four (US) dollars and sixty-nine cents.' (AE speakers commonly omit the first and.)
