Hello! I am extremely doubtful about the right propositions between the following two:

1) ABNORMAL RETURNS IN SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING: (...).

2) ABNORMAL RETURNS TO SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING: (...).

That's a title of a paper I'm working on, which is the right version in your opinion (and, possibly, why?)
