keep warm
"I read an article on the newspaper talking about we should not put too many layers going to bed with blanket on during winter time. The best way to keep warm is to be naked with a blanket on where we can really have our body warm."
1) How is the aboved writing? Is it sensible and easy to understand?
2) Your comments is appreciated.

Re: keep warm
1. "I read an article in the newspaper that said we should not put on too many layers when going to bed during winter. The best way to keep warm is to be naked with a blanket on, where we can really have our body warm."
I don't know what the last clause is meant to say. That this is the way "to keep (or retain) our body heat" or "to make ourselves warm."
2. I think the idea is nonsense. But your writing is understandable, mostly.
