OR
"I'm having to work a lot."
Do we emphasize things when we use the present progressive in such a context?

I am not a teacher.
The difference I hear is that the first is general, and the second, specific.
The way my situation is these days, I have to work a lot.
There must be an easier way to do this; I'm having to work a lot, here.
