Does it make sense in American English? Hi
P1: I am trying to order something from amazon
P2: Are you getting along? (like is everything okay)
P1: No, it says my credit card is invalid

Re: Does it make sense in American English? "Are you getting along?" isn't an American idiom. Try "How's it going?"

Re: Does it make sense in American English? Also, don't forget that Amazon is a proper noun and requires capitalization.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
