You have two options:

You (singular)
EX: It is important for you, Sam,to make yourself available for trial.

You (plural)
EX: It is important for you guys to make yourselves available for trial.

I added in "Sam" and "guys" to show you how "you" can be both singular and plural. The trick is to make sure "you" and "yourself/youselves" agree in number. That is, take a look at the following ungrammatical (*) sentences:

EX: It is important for you, Sam,to make *yourselves available for trial.
EX: It is important for you guys to make *yourself available for trial.

Casiopea is right. English has no second person plural except in the South where we say y'all (non-standard).

My advice, however, is to avoid these types of ambiguities whenever possible.

"It is important for you to be available for trial."
