Hi,
How should I say?
My aunt has always wanted to bring/take us to Disney since we were born
Is the rest of the sentence ok?
Thanks

If the words are spoken at Disney Land/Disneyworld, it's bring; otherwise it's take.
You normally bring something to where the speaker is, was, or will be at the relevant time.
You take something to somewhere other than where the speaker is, was or will be.

I meant that my aunt wants to organise a trip from Italy, where we all are, to Disneyland Paris, where we all want to go ....
What should I use? We are together now and we want to go together on the trip...

She is going to take you. It's away from where she is now (and, indeed, away from where you are now).
