Well can anyone guide me about this
1st> Why cant we say SIR or MAM/MADAM while speaking to a UK person?
2nd> Whats the best solution for the above question?
3rd> What could be the best way of asking someone his/her name in a polite british manner?
4th> Something about do they like repetation of sentences if we cannot understand what they say (This is because I am an Indian and want to do some research about their behaviour)

1/2- we can use Sir or Madam when speaking in the UK, but it is much less common that in the USA. You can simply use the pronoun 'you' and show politeness in other ways, such as using modal verbs, etc.
3- You can introuduce yoursaelf, and then they'll respond or you could ask something like 'Could you tell me your name, please?'
