1) Shall I call the shell of a egg/meat tart a crust.
2) The texture of one kind of the crust is like cookie. What should I call this kind of crust.
3) The texture of another kind of the crust is like a puff/crossiant. What should I call this kind of crust?
I am not a teacher.
These words will be different in different places. There are many kinds of crust.
