I think "what little action occurs" is grammatically incorrect. Shouldn't it be "what little action occurs in in the first" or "the parts where little action occurs"? It sounds weird.

ex)The English language premiere of Samuel Beckett's play, Waiting for godot was performed in London in August 1955. ....They play has two acts. The second act repeats what little action occurs in the first, but with a few changes: the tree, for instance, gains one leaf.....
