    I don't agree.
    I am not agreed.
    Both are same meaning or any differene.

    I have never met 'I am not agree'.
    And you don't say 'I am ask you', you just say 'I ask you'.
    So, "I don't agree" is better to use!

    My doubt is not "I am not agree" instead of "I am not agreed"
    Like I am not convinced.

    Ok. 'I am not agreed' - it is passive structure.
    I am not a teacher but I dont think this structure to be correct.
    Myabe, it depends on contex. To avoid a mistake - use a synonym.

    'I am not agreed' is ungrammatical.

    Say 'I don't agree', 'I disagree' or if you want to be long-winded 'I am not in agreement.'
