And you don't say 'I am ask you', you just say 'I ask you'.
So, "I don't agree" is better to use!

Myabe, it depends on contex. To avoid a mistake - use a synonym.
'I am not agreed' is ungrammatical.
Say 'I don't agree', 'I disagree' or if you want to be long-winded 'I am not in agreement.'
