"Please find attached my resume in microsoft word format"
Is this line correct while forwarding resume to some one you know, who is not the employer?
It's OK. As there are known (and superable) compatibility issues, it would be helpful to say 'in DOC format' or 'in DOCX format'. Better still, click on Save As and make it RTF. As a personal preference I would say 'here is' or - if the fact that it's an attachment is significant - 'my resumé is attached'/'I attach my resumé'. But 'please find' is widely used and understood..

OneAlive.

It is best to include the accents in "résumé" (probably optionE on your keyboard), and of course Microsoft Word is a proper name and so needs capitals.

Not contradicting you BobK, I agree – just came at it from a different angle at the same moment.
