Please help me check out the coined-word.mp3 file below to see if it is saying 'if you created new word that becomes widely used, then you coin that word'?

Should we say 'if you created a new word that becomes widely used, then...'? Thank you!

It certainly sounds to me like 'created new', but that is not natural English. I think she must have said 'create a', which is what would be correct here.
