Please help Why the 2nd invoice amount is included the sorting fee of 1st shipment? Please do not mislead us as you already advised you will not charge for 1st. We cannot help try to claim the customer for you without correct invoice and supporting document. Kindly provide them completely.

We cannot service the customer for you without the correct invoice and supporting documents. Kindly provide the corrected invoice.
