Hi, do we need "with" in the following sentences?
He has promised to fund me with $1500 per month.
The university offered me with an admission letter.

As a NES, but not a reacher, I would have no problem with your first sentence (He has promised to fund me with $1500 per month).
Inclusion of the word "with" in your second sentence (The university offered me with an admission letter) tends to suggest that the university is offering "me with an admission letter" to someone else! I would recommend leaving out the word "with" in this case.
