    -Nothing will happen.
    1-Oh, yes, something will happen.
    2-Oh, yes, it will.

    Are both sentences "1" and "2" correct in this context (is. as replies to "Nothing will happen")?

    Yes, they are OK, I wouldn't put a comma after "Oh" in either one though.
