I'm not sure which of the statements below, if any, is grammatically correct:

1- They cannot expedite the process or offer a specific time frame.
2- They cannot expedite the process nor can they offer a specific time frame.
Could you please correct the probable mistakes, or suggest a better form to convey the same message?

Or:
They can neither expedite the process nor offer a specific time frame.
