help with use of term, "crowds"
Would using the term "LARGE CROWDS", as in context, helping large numbers of people, as if, I am helping large crowds coming into the park - be sufficiently correct?

Yes - if you are offering some form of assistance to the many people who are coming into the park.

I'd only use it if large numbers of people were arriving at the same time.

While we sometimes hear the term "a small crowd," it seems to me that a "crowd" is generally a large group of people. In that case, wouldn't "a large crowd" be redundant and "a small crowd" an oxymoron?
