    Default the plus side

    I recently heard an expression "the plus side" of it is........... Is it used often these days? What would be the counterpart "the minus side"?

    "The plus side" is quite widely used in my experience. The opposite could be "the down side", "the drawback", "the disadvantage" or maybe the "snag" or "catch". I've never heard "the minus side".
