I'm not sure wether to use this or it in the second sentense in the paragraph below. Can you help me.

As discussed over the phone, I raised ticket ABC for the printer installation. And as you mentioned, we will disregard your second request (docking station) as it was already attended by Mr. XYZ.

... "it" and "this" are both OK, I would go for "this". And I would write, "as this was already attended to by Mr. XYZ".
