Thumbs down Correct verb use

One of our area football teams is using the slogan "Get use to it" across their shirts - I'm relatively certain that should be "get used to it" but when I mentioned that, I was asked "Are you an English teacher?" I thought I would get a second opinion - from an English teacher.
