I'm confused about this sentence, and I hope some one can explain it for me. THANKS!Jennifer Lopez, who welcomed twins with husband in February, announced she was pregnant in November following denials by the couple.Besides explaining this sentence, could you please tell me the phrase "following denials" here, what does it mean? what is following?BTW, does anybody know "message-movie" mean?

It's a movie whose intent is to deliver some sort of a "social message" which is usually politically charged. Ex. promote environmentalism, denounce treatment of Native Americans, advocate gay rights.

The message can be obvious or subtle. It can be explicitly put there by the director or someone can interpret a movie as having a "message".

This phrase can also be used pejoratively to say that the movie is not art/entertainment but propaganda.
