present tense confusion
Are you working on any special projects at work?
This present continuous tense what if I say:
DO you work on any special projects at work?
And what is the difference between them? and what does near future mean?

"Are you working........" Meaning at this time.
"Do you work........." Meaning at any time.
"Near future" Could be whatever the speaker considers "near future" to be (within a day, month, 2 months etc.).
