2-I will do it no matter how.
meaning: I will do it in whatever manner I can.

1 I will do it any way I choose- suggests carelessness and lack of attention.
2 I will do whatever it takes to do it.
One word, and it's not concerned with how the thing's done. 'I don't want to do it, but I will do it anyhow.'
If you want to say something about how you will do it, you can informally (in Br Eng, at least) use three words: "Nobody will see that part, so you can do it any-old-how'.
