Question about 3rd person.
We use he and she when referring to the third person.
It is also used to describe something that is removed from the speakers.....
What is it? Can we say it is in the third person even if it doesn't refer to a person?

Not entirely clear on what you're asking.
He, she, it are all 3rd person singular pronouns.
Person here is a grammatical category and not a human being.
