is it ok to say:
1) From that day he hasn't ridden that kind of rides anymore OR
2) From that day He didn't ride that kind of rides anymore OR
3) From that day He doesn't ride that kind of rides anymore

NOT A TEACHER.
None of those sentences are correct.
"Since that day he hasn't been on that kind of ride/those kinds of rides anymore" is a possibility. I'm not sure what kind of rides you're talking about.

Using ride as a verb and noun together makes them all a bit clumsy. As an aternative to Jasmine's version, you could also use He hasn't taken that kind of ride, etc.
