The last one is fine, but at is still probably more appropriate.
And is it register office or registration office?
It's called a marriage certificate over here.
I would simply say, "I'll register my marriage at the local register office".
Actually, in England, you have to register births and deaths, but not marriages. The person performing the ceremony is authorised so to do, issues the marriage certificate, and carries out all the necessary formalities of recording the marriage.
