hi..i have a question about the difference between though and although ...and how to use them in a sentence ...thank you

There's no difference in terms of meaning. At most, one can say that "although" is more emphatic than "though." There are, however, instances where only "though" can be used. For example:
"Marc and Brandon are both my friends; I'm attracted only to Marc, though."
It would be wrong to replace "though" with "although" in the above sentence. But if you want to use "although," you can rephrase the sentence as follows:
"Marc and Brandon are both my friends, although I'm attracted only to Marc."
In the above sentence, you could replace "although" with "though."
