1) The food contain anti grey hair compound.
2) Eat more vitamin, it will slow down the growth of grey hair.
3) Eat more vitamin, it will make your hair grey hair to turn black.
I wish somebody had given me that advice years ago.

Beer contains all the important B-vitamins, as well as vitamins A, D and E. Two pints contain about a quarter of your daily recommended intake of vitamin B6, 20% of the B2 and two thirds of the Niacin you need.
It doesn't do much for the colour of your hair, but it helps you stop worrying about it.
