I want to get one quotation approved by our manager for purchasing staff uniform- please find below.

Please find attached a quotation from J Trading for purchasing new uniforms for our staff.

We have tried to get quotations from other suppliers like (name of suppliers)but they do not have materials available at this time. J Trading has offered us with the same rate that we purchased last year. So recommend to purchase from the same supplier in the light of reasonable price and quality of the materials.
