None of them means very much to me. Playing sports makes you sweat (verb)or produce sweat (noun). This is one of many reasons sports should be avoided by right-thinking people.

You accommodate something when you make room (literal or metaphorical) for it.
You adjust something when you change something to make it better by some criteria provided.
You regulate something when you control it in some way.

And to answer the question in the title: neither of those equals signs is accurate. There are contexts where their meanings can overlap in some respects, and ther are situations different aspects of which can be described using those words; that doesn't make them equal.
