Could you show me other way to respon this letter?

I am not a teacher, but I think the email looks pretty good. I would change the second sentence to:

We would like to confirm that our revised contract agreement is now 10,000 USD.

This will emphasize that the amount has changed due to the 10% discount.

Also, I would say "work with you" instead of "cooperate with you"

In addition to luschen's changes, I would change the last sentence to: "We look forward to working with you."

Are you sure the amount you show reflects the 10% discount? It must have been a very strange first price indeed to have a 10% discount come out to such a round figure.
