Dear teacher,

Could you explain me about these words as:

1. Not to? what does it mean?

I read it in my contract agreement, it stand alone.
I can understand the same noted??

2. layout? what does it mean?

Ex: showing tie back layout. How can i understand for right?

3. Outline? Outlet? What does it mean??

I see it at shop in the road...
