    Default dough

    A) Ian has just kneaded a dough for making a bread. The dough was found very wet because he put too much water.

    1. Is it a proper language of saying kneaded a dough for making a bread?

    2. "The dough was found very wet"

    a. Shall I say the dough was found very mushy?
    b. Shall I say the dough was found very moist?

    B) The condition of the dough was very good. It's not too wet and the quatity of flour was just good that the dough won't be too wet or sticky but soft to the touch.

    1. Is it a proper language of saying kneaded a dough for making a bread? No

    2. "The dough was found very wet" No. The dough was very wet. One could write, "The dough was found to be very wet."

    a. Shall I say the dough was found very mushy? You could, but wet is better.
    b. Shall I say the dough was found very moist? Moist is not a strong enough word. Dough has to be wet to be unworkable.
