A birth mark is a mark one is born with. It can be big or small.

    b. mode is the mark that may come come birth or after birth and normally like a tiny dot
    A mole is a growth on a person's body.

    2. What do we call the mode which is not flat but protrude out which normaly bigger than an ordinary mode? Such a thing could have many names. It depends on what the growth is.

For the last question regarding the mode which is not flat but protroding out, can you give me some examples. I am trying to describe the ordinary one coming with birth but not the kind posing risk of skin problem like cancer.

Please read my previous post. Moles (not mode) may develop at any time during a person's life. You may want to do a search on Google for "mole". There are a number of different meanings but the one you want is concerned with a growth on a person's skin.
