mode and mark
a. birth mark is the mark came come birth which can be big and small
b. mode is the mark that may come come birth or after birth and normally like a tiny dot

2. What do we call the mode which is not flat but protrude out which normaly bigger than an ordinary mode?

For the last question regarding the mode which is not flat but protroding out, can you give me some examples. I am trying to describe the ordinary one coming with birth but not the kind posing risk of skin problem like cancer.

I have just searched mole in google. It came up a word skin tag, so I googled skin tag where I cannot find any defination of it. Can anyone help?
