hi
I am very poor in using an article "a". Please let me know why do I need to use a below
1. please take a deep breath in through the nose
and why I don't need a before "make" below
1. Spread you knees to a make room for your lion hands.
Thanks,
Gauri

But what are lion hands?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
thanks Dave. The lion hands are nothing but I am trying to explain "lion pose" where I am calling the hands as lion's hand :) :)
I am sorry Dave. I had typing mistake while asking my question. it is as
to make a room.. ( why a is not appropriate here?)
ton of thanks. It is so simple to understand now.
