The assignment is to make at least 4 sentences that combines two meaning : "I want to know." and "Do you love me?".
What I made are these :
I want to know whether you love me.
I want to know if you love me.
Do you love me is what I want to know.
I don't think there are no more questions can be made...
Any ideas on this?
Hi, and welcome to Using English.
Your third one would read more naturally as "Whether you love me is what I want to konw."
Can you use things like "I am wondering whether..." or can you really think outside the box with "Now knowing whether or not you love me is making me crazy!"
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
