Default adjectives to go with 'appearance'

    Hello,

I'm wondering if the adjectives below can be used to describe a person's (outward) appearance:

    She's got an outstanding appearance.
    She's got a noticeable appearance.
    She's got a distinctive appearance.
    She's got a striking appearance.
    She's got an eye-catching appearance.

    Thank you.

It seems to me that they all work with the exception of "noticeable,"

Although using "She's got an outstanding appearance" about a person is a little weird.
Anyway, it would be more natural to say "She looks ____" or "She has a _____ look".
