What do we call the outcome after a click on the icon of internet explorer on computor desktop to go up to internet eg. yahoo?
Shall I say

eg. I go up to the internet to search some information about unemployment?

After clicking on the icon of internet explorer on computor desktop, the computor screen shows the page of yahoo. Do we call the showing of the page of yahoo as the window of yahoo?

eg. My computor showed the window of yahoo means I have gone up to Yahoo.

For the icons appear on the computor desktop, do we call them applications?

eg. I have a lot of applications in my computor desktop.

For all the messages printed inside a box pop up on the computor screen while I am surfing , shall we call them all as windows?

eg. A window popped up and warned me the computor is going to turn off.

I open my internet browser to look up some (or to search for) information about unemployment.
