Are the following sentences acceptable?
(1) Have you ever dreamed of being a respected worker when you grow up?
(2) Have you ever dreamed of being a valued worker when you grow up?
(3) Have you ever dreamed of being a well-regarded worker when you grow up?

(1) The two teachers have given you and me excellent answers.
(2) I think that a person never uses a word such as esteemed to
describe him-/herself. It would be "immodest" to do so. You need
to wait for OTHER people to use that word. For example, at a dinner
meeting, someone might introduce YOU with these words:
I now wish to introduce my esteemed colleague Ashiuhto, who
will now deliver tonight's presentation.
