Hello!

I'm presenting something using slides that projected on the wall.

After 1 hour, someone from the audience tells me there is mistake.

(Joking) I say : "and you only tell me now!"" Would it be better to use the present continuous?

More colloquially, we'd say 'Now you tell me!'
