Default To each her own

A:I'm so happy to be here with others who love P&P as much as I do. None of my friends and family like classic movies and books so I often have no one to discuss them with. I'm so happy to know that I'm not a weirdo.

B: My husbands and friends think I'm a little obsessed, too. But, to each her own!

What is 'to each her own'?

Every person is entitled to her or his own likes and dislikes.

Thank you for answering my questions.
Is it OK to say "to each his own"? Her/His own means Her/His own opinion?

Yes, you can use his or her, and opinion is usually what it means.
