    Default trouble shooting

    Is the following sentence acceptable?

Would you please mail us with measures of "trouble shooting" for your XXX products?

    No!

"Would you please mail us the troubleshooting guide for your XXX products?"

I would prefer to eliminate the question and simply write: "Please mail us the troubleshooting guide for your XXX products."

Even better, "Please mail the troubleshooting guide for your XXX products."
