spoke in English
Hello,
I'd be glad if someone would have a look at my sentences. I'm wondering if the second alternative is correct:
-I went to Stockholm at the weekend. I visited my friends.
-I didn't know you speak Swedish.
-No, we spoke in English (1)
... we spoke English (2)
Thank you in advance.
