i am looking for the meaning of [/i]specific detail in regard to rhetorical modes. if you could help me find a meaning or an explanation of this it would be great. thanks
'Rhetorical mode' suggests that someone is speaking as if giving a speech. It's a combination of IT jargon (mode) and the adjective. This use of 'mode' is fairly common nowadays.
