As far as I know after 'much of' uncountable and countable nouns can come. Is it right?

much of revenues is.......
much of words are......

but here, many words like 'revenue' are both uncountable and countable.
and in this case, it's singular like much of revenues IS.....

would you explain about much of bit more ??

Some speakers use 'much of' with count nouns to mean 'a large portion of X', like this:

• Much of the revenues were generated = a large portion of the revenues were generated
• Much of the words written are the same = a large portion of the words written are the same

Whether it's considered grammatically correct, or not, to use 'much of' with count nouns, depends on who(m) you ask.

If you ask me, only 'much of the revenue...' and 'many of the words...' are correct.

You will find this form being used, but it might be better to play safe and avoid using it as many will regard i is an error. It's the kind of thing that sounds OK in speech, but looks a bit odd in writing IMO.
