Is the subject of the following sentence correct?


My English is not good enough to express myself.

Shouldn't the subject of "express oneself" be "a person?"

My English is not good enough to express myself.

"My English" is the subject of your above sentence just like "My cat" is the subject of the sentence. "My cat is not smart enough to catch mice." I am talkng about "my cat" and not the mice.
If I want to make "mice" the subject of the sentence, I would write it as, "The mice are too smart for my cat."
